The Ministry of Interior Affairs: no victims among law enforcement officers in a special operation in Ingushetia
According to preliminary data on the results of a special operation in the settlement of Ekazhevo, Nazran district of Ingushetia, three supposed gunmen were killed. None of the members of power ministries got injured, the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the republic reported.
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" informed that law enforcement officers reported a special operation in the settlement of Ekazhevo for detention of members of paramilitary groups going on today. There was a big cluster of military techniques and manpower strength on the scene of the battle.
Later the information of accomplishment of the active phase of the special operation came. "Members of paramilitary groups who refused to surrender and put up resistance were liquidated during the operation", one of the members of power ministries summarized.
Initially, the Ministry of Interior Affairs reported two killed supposed gunmen. They were Jamaleil Mutaliev and a certain Katsiev who, according to the officers, refused to surrender. However, later a source in law enforcement bodies of Ingushetia informed that a dead body of a third killed man was retrieved from under the blockage. His name is not disclosed.
None of the law enforcement officers was wounded or killed, web-site of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ingushetia reports. The site of the operation was cordoned off. Services of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are continuing their work in a tumbledown house, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
