Dagestani resident reports on her son kidnapping

A 23-year-old Sirazhudin Aliev was kidnapped by unidentified men in camouflage and masks. This was reported by Tamara Alieva, the mother of the kidnapped man, the resident of the city of Makhachkala.

"He and his friend went to the Eastern Market to pick up a debt. Usually, Sirazhudin calls me by phone; however, this time I received no calls for a long time, so I myself dialled the number of my son's mobile, and his mobile phone was disconnected. Later, witnesses told me that my son and his friend were blocked by several cars. Unidentified armed men in camouflage and masks sprang out of the cars. At first, they severely beaten my son and his friend, then forced them into different cars and drove away to some unknown destination," Tamara Alieva told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

She also said that her son had not been registered at the police station; he was a strictly practicing Muslim and worked as a salesman in a leased store. The relatives of Sirazhudin Aliev file a complaint to the investigatory department of the Lenin District of Makhachkala.

The press service of the Dagestani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reported that they knew nothing about the incident.
