Village of Nogkau gasified in South Ossetia

The works on gasification of the village of Nogkau, Tskhinvali District of South Ossetia, are over. Houses of the village are already receiving natural gas.

"So far, not all the villagers' houses are receiving it, as households need to sign a respective contract with out State Unitary Enterprise (SUE). Given that pipes are laid throughout the village, connecting houses won't take long – we need just owners' consent and signing the said contract," said Alan Gabaraev, Director General of the Republic's SUE "Energoresourse – South Ossetia".

Nogkau with its about 40 houses is connected to the gas supply system since December 30. The gasification works began in October 2011 on the funds amounting to 3 million roubles allocated by the Government of South Ossetia, the "Res" News Agency reports.

"The respective order was given to the RSUE by the government of South Ossetia; and the task was completed by our workers on schedule. On December 30, residents received natural gas," said Alan Gabaraev, as quoted by the "RSONews".
