Khasavyurt: two persons killed in skirmish near the mosque

Today in the afternoon, in the city of Khasavyurt, two unidentified persons have opened automatic fire at the people who were coming out of the local mosque and wounded two persons who later died.

The incident happened at about 3:00 p.m. in Schors Street. The attackers drove in a car to a group of persons quitting the mosque, the RIA "Dagestan" reports.

"The shelling resulted in two wounded citizens; one of them, an employee of the Kazbek ROVD (District Interior Division), died, while the second one was hospitalized," said the spokesman of the Investigatory Committee of Dagestan.

According to the "Interfax", the second victim later died. The crime venue is studied by a group of inspectors.
