Man detained by security agents in Assinovskaya village, then released
On December 18, Selim Asuyev was released in the village of Assinovskaya, Chechnya's Sunzha district. According to Selim's relatives, he was detained two weeks ago supposedly by officers of the Federal Security Service (FSB). The released man had severe injuries and several fractured ribs, which is evidence that he had been subjected to savage beatings for all that time.
