Ingushetia founds Fund to help terror act victims

The aim of the Fund is to render help to employees of law enforcement bodies and militaries affected by terror acts and members of their families.

As reported by the press service of President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov, the non-profit charitable fund was set up by the initiative group of veterans of law enforcement bodies.

The State TV and Radio Company (STRC) "Stavropolye" adds that the Fund plans to raise money through voluntary donations from citizens of the republic, businessmen, entrepreneurs, organizations, law enforcement bodies and institutions of the republic.

The Fund has also created its Board of Guardians, which will decide on charitable help to those needy and exercise control over targeted fund-spending.

The "Caucasian Knot" reported earlier that President Evkurov supported the idea of establishing such fund back in July 2010 in Magas, where he met the initiators of the Fund.
