A man who had been in search for kidnapping detained in Chechnya
On December, 29, the personnel of law enforcement bodies in the foothill district of Achkhoy-Martan detained a local resident who had been in federal search. The detained is accused of being involved in kidnapping.
The fifty-year-old native of the village of Bamut, Achkhoy-Martan district, had been searched for by law enforcement bodies of North Osetia.
"The detained is incriminated a crime stipulated by clause 126 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation (kidnapping). After interrogation and drawing up a protocol the man was released on his recognizance. Our North-Osetian colleagues have already been informed that the criminal in federal search had been found", a representative of the republican enforcement bodies said to a reporter of "Caucasian Knot".
