No information so far on whereabouts of Israil Torshkhoev, a resident of Ingushetia

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed about it by Begkham Atigov, Acting Secretary of the Security Council of Ingushetia. On November 18, Israil Torshkhoev was taken away to some unknown place by unknown persons in camouflage and masks.

"His relatives wrote appeals to various organizations; they received a response from the Republic's Prosecutor's Office that the case had been forwarded to the military prosecutor's office. No other details were reported. There's no official information about Israil's whereabouts," Mr Atigov has added.

Musa Torshkhoev, Israil's brother, said that a summon had arrived to the name of Israil asking him to appear on December 13 at the FSB Department in Magas, to inspector Kargapolov.

"I went there and told that Israil was detained on November 18. The inspector said that on November 26 Israil came to him and pled guilty; however, there were no grounds to detain him. Nothing coincides in this story; it's all very strange and confusing. Moreover, we also have information that people allegedly saw Israil in the end of November in Vladikavkaz. But we can't check this information," Musa Torshkhoev has added.
