Krasnodar Territory: Sergey Tsapok is charged of extortion
One more criminal case has been opened against Sergey Tsapok, the main figurant in the case of the massacre of 12 persons in the village of Kuschevskaya: this time he is suspected of extortion.
The Pavlovsk inter-district division has conducted a pre-inquiry check on the fact of publication in media, where it was reported that in 2008 Tsapok extorted money from a driver Sergey Gondar, who travelled with his family.
Tsapok, accompanied by several militiamen, stopped Mr Gondar's car on the road and demanded 10,000 roubles. The incident ended, when the driver gave them 1000 roubles. This was reported by the press office of the Regional Investigatory Department of the Russian ICPO (Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office).
