Two militiamen shot dead in Kabardino-Balkaria
In the village of Shalushka, located in the suburb of Nalchik, an armed attack was committed on a militia post. This was reported by the Investigatory Department for Kabardino-Balkaria of the Russian Investigatory Committee.
The incident occurred at 12:05 a.m. Unidentified persons broke into the militia post, located in Shalushka at No. 146 Lenin Street, and made a lot of shots from firearms at the two militiamen who were there.
As a result of the attack, district militiaman Chanuar Sakurov, born in 1975, and Murat Mambetov, born in 1984, died in place from received wounds.
The attackers stole two service pistol and ammunition to them from the casualties, the "Interfax" reports.
