District Court Chairman sacked after check in Kuschevskaya
The powers of Alexander Yatsenko, Chairman of the Kuschevskiy District Court, have been terminated before term. This was announced today by Alexander Chernov, Chairman of the Krasnodar Territorial Court.
According to his story, the dismissal was decided after the comprehensive audits made in the village of Kuschevskaya, where 12 persons were assassinated.
"I addressed the Qualifying Collegium with a petition to bring Yatsenko to disciplinary responsibility for poor coping with his duties," said Mr Chernov and noted that Yatsenko "grossly violated the provisions of the procedural legislation and judicial ethics," the "Interfax" reports.
