Check revealed no violations in "Dagestani Airlines"

In Dagestan, the "Rosaviatsiya" (Russian Federal Aviation Agency) and "Rostransnadzor" (Russian Federal Agency for Transport Supervision) have completed a joint check of the work of the company "Dagestani Airlines", whose aircraft Tu-154 made an emergency landing at Domodedovo Airport on December 4. No essential drawbacks were found in the work of the airline.

The off-the-schedule check of the company and all Tu-154 aircrafts was launched on December 6. It assumes examination of the aircraft condition, documentation and the remainder of the service life. Besides, the work of the "Dagestani Airlines" was analyzed.

Mirza Omariev, head of the Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "Dagestani Airlines", has refuted, when summing up the work of the commission, the information that the company is using poor aircrafts. According to his story, all the standards and requirements for operation are observed and fulfilled.

Mr Omariev has stressed that the conclusion of the commission, which has finalized its work today, is that there are no essential abnormalities in operation of the aircrafts, which could affect the safety of flights. The commission has revealed just insignificant deficiencies.
