Another participant in the brawl where "Spartak" fan was killed arrested in Moscow
Today, on December 13, the Zamoskvoretskiy Court of Moscow has sanctioned arrest of Arthur Arsibiev, 2, a native of Dagestan, an alleged participant of the mass brawl, where Yegor Sviridov, a football fan of "Spartak", was killed.
Arsibiev is suspected of beating several young men with glass bottles. The investigation petitioned for his arrest on the grounds that Arsibiev has no registration in Moscow and may try to escape.
The defence, in its turn, assured the court that Arsibiev lives for long in Moscow and has a permanent job. Besides, he voluntarily surrendered to the militia. Nevertheless, the court found the arguments of the investigation reasonable and satisfied the petition, reports the RAPSI (Russian Agency of Legal and Judicial Information).
On Saturday, December 11, the court ruled to arrest Khasan Ibragimov and Nariman Ismailov, also suspected of hooliganism and beating. The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Aslan Cherkesov, a suspected actual murderer of Yegor Sviridov, a native of Kabardino-Balkaria, was arrested last week.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 11 in Manege Square football fans gathered to commemorate Yegor Sviridov, who was killed in a mass brawl on December 6. The mass disorders, during which, as previously reported, 29 people were injured, began with beatings of Caucasians. About 65 people were brought after the riots to the nearby militia station. Currently, all of them are at large after making protocols, and shall appear to the court on December 13, where cases of administrative violations will be considered.
