Investigators have no priority version of Dagestani aircraft's accident in Domodedovo
The considered versions of the emergency landing of the Tu-154 of "Dagestani Airlines" in Domodedovo include technical disorder of the craft before takeoff; failure of mechanisms of the aircraft after takeoff; error of the crew; and fuel of poor quality. At the moment, the Investigatory Committee of Russia does not move any of the above as a priority.
Let us remind you that the Moscow-Makhachkala Tu-154 aircraft made an emergency landing in Domodedovo Airport on December 4. When landing, it skidded off the runway and broke into three pieces. There were 163 passengers and 9 crew members onboard. As a result of the incident two persons were lost: Rosa Gadjieva, 80, mother of a member of the Constitutional Court, and Gadzhimurad Magomedov, 49, a brother of the President of Dagestan. At least 80 persons were injured.
Currently, the hospitals of Moscow and Moscow Region still keep 39 victims of the crash; 5 of them are grave, and 22 are in condition of moderate gravity.
"The investigation will check all possible versions, including technical malfunctions and failures before and after takeoff, crew errors, poor fuel, bad weather and other alternatives," runs the website of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation.
"In accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations, the 'Rosaviatsia' (Russian Federal Aviation Agency) began an audit of the state of flight operation and aircrafts' worthiness at the airline 'Dagestani Airlines'," the RIA "Novosti" quotes a source from the Agency.
