A militiaman wounded a woman in Dagestan
A woman got wounded as a result of militiamen's firing at a car the passengers of which refused to show their documents, a source in the Department of Interior Affairs of Makhachkala reported.
The incident happened on December, 5, at 10:25 on the 443-rd kilometer of "Caucasus" federal highway, near "Kirgu" trading house.
The personnel of militia patrol stopped a "VAZ-21010" car with two young men inside. At the moment of inspection of documents the passenger who was sitting in front of the "VAZ" took the driver's seat and tried to escape from the militiamen. In order to stop the vehicle the driving militiaman started firing from "Kalashnikov".
The unknown man escaped from the scene leaving the car and its owner was delivered to the Department of Interior Affairs.
During firing a woman resident of the village of Agachaul, Karabydakhkent district, passenger of a "Ford-Transit" car passing by, got wounded in her right arm and abdominal cavity. The woman was taken to the republican clinic of Makhachkala, RIA "Dagestan" reports.
