Sergey Tsapok starts evidencing against his gang
Sergey Tsapok, accused of committing the massacre in the village of Kuschevskaya, started telling investigators about the crimes of his gang. While actively cooperating with the investigation, Tsapok stressed that he personally was not involved in the killings that he is talking about.
He said that the murder of former head of the Kuschevskiy District Boris Moskvich eight years ago was on Vadim Palkin, son of former head of district administration Valery Palkin. Besides, according to Tsapok, Palkin was also involved in a trip wire grenade installation in his father's house and explosion in the house of Alexander Dubina, chairman of the territorial election commission of the Kuschevskiy District.
Besides, Sergey Tsapok told investigators about at least five horrific murders committed by the members of his organized criminal grouping (OCG), including the murder of farmer Bogachev and his son Roman, which was committed, according to Tsapok, by Andrei Bykov, and Vitaly Ivanov.
Sergey Tsapok also gave evidences on the fact of shelling the car of the Rostov businessman Sergey Begidzhanov, committed by Vladimir Alekseev and Sergey Karpenko, and about a brutal attack on the woman, from whom valuables worth half a million roubles were stolen, the website "1obl.ru" reports.
"In recent days Tsapok looks highly depressed. While earlier he was crying loud and outraged at interrogations, now he is often in tears and asks to let him see his mother," the "Life News" quotes a source from the investigation bodies.
