Militiamen kill local resident in Kabardino-Balkaria

After the today's incident in the village of Shalushka, Chegem District of Kabardino-Balkaria, a criminal case was initiated against local militiamen under the article of excessive self-defence.

"The militiamen tried to stop a Mercedes car. The driver did not obey; in the course of the pursuit, a skirmish burst out, and the driver was killed," the "Caucasian Knot" was told at the Investigatory Department for Kabardino-Balkaria of the Russian ICPO (Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office).

The driver was Ruslan Kodzokov, born in 1968, a resident of the Baksan District.
