Suspect of murder in Slavyansk-on-Kuban detained
As reported by Igor Zhelyabin, head of the press-service of the GUVD (Chief Interior Department) for the Krasnodar Territory, the suspect of murdering a woman and assaulting other three persons in Slavyansk-on-Kuban was detained.
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported with reference to the investigation that the murder of the young woman and inflicting injuries to three more persons in the town of Slavyansk-on-Kuban was committed by the woman's domestic partner.
The GUVD spokesman said nothing more about the detainee, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
The murder of the 21-year-old young woman was committed in Slavyansk-on-Kuban this morning. Also, the criminal traumatized and knifed three more persons, who rented housing together with the casualty and tried to come to her help. One of the victims is a girl of seven. All the injured persons were hospitalized. Their lives are out of danger.
Alexander Tkachov, Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, has taken the investigation of the crime under his personal control. City residents believe that this attention to a domestic crime is related to the recent massacre in Kuschevskaya village.
