She has submitted a request to State Security Service to render her assistance in establishing her husband's location.

We will remind that after returning from Dagestan on October, 20, Aslan Yakhyievich Khashagulgov also disappeared together with Muhamed Khutiyev. Their relatives realized that something had happened to them when they did not return home at the expected time.

Zarema Khutiyeva wrote in her today's statement addressed to Alexander Bortnikov, Director of State Security Service, that 42 days had passed since her husband's disappearance but his location had not been established by the preliminary investigation bodies of the Republic of Dagestan.

According to the information Zarema has at her disposal, her husband is currently in the Department of State Security Service of Russia in the Republic of North Osetia - Alania, in the city of Vladikavkaz. She emphasizes that in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation she has the right to know what has happened to her husband, whether he is detained or needs legal aid.

Zarema Khutiyeva is also sure that her husband has become an accidental victim of circumstances and his life and health are in danger.

It should be mentioned that Aslan Khashagulgov is a second cousin once removed of Issa Khashagulgov formerly detained on suspicion of having committed an act of terror in Vladilavkaz.
