Georgian opposition demands drawing representatives of the USA an EU to investigation of explosions in Tbilisi

The oppositional Labour Party of Georgia stands for arrival of representatives of the US Congress and the European Parliament in Georgia in order to prove complicity of the country's authorities in the explosions which took place in Tbilisi at night of November, 29, with their assistance.

"With the help of concrete facts I am going to prove our foreign colleagues that the President of Georgia is a "classic terrorist", Shalva Natelashvili, leader of the oppositional Labour Party, declared at a special briefing on November, 29. According to him, the explosion which happened not far from the Labourites' office was organized by the authorities of the country in order to intimidate their political opponents, IA "Novosti-Georgia" reports.

Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, in his turn, considers that the explosions have been organized from outside for the purpose of showing the world community instability of the situation in the country. According to him, "there is nothing else left for these outsider's forces except physical attacks like this", RIA "Novosti" reports.

The incident is under investigation according to clause "deliberate explosion of gas, benzene, kerosene or another explosive causing danger for human life, health or property". This clause stipulates sanctions in form of imprisonment for a term from four to seven years.
