Court arrests Igor Chernykh on charges of massacre in Kuschevskaya

According to a source in investigatory bodies of the Southern Federal District (SFD), Igor Chernykh, who was detained on charges of mass murder in the village of Kuschevskaya, Krasnodar Territory, was arrested.

Let us remind you that the murder of 12 persons in the house of a local farmer in the village of Kuschevskaya became known on November 5. In the course of inquiry, information appeared that the region had been long controlled by a stable criminal grouping, which was linked, according to local residents, with local militia.

The Essentuki City Court elected the freedom restriction measure in the form of arrest for Igor Chernykh, a detainee on the case of murdering 12 persons in Kuschevskaya.

According to the data at disposal of the inquiry, Chernykh was a direct murderer.

According to the source, currently investigatory actions are conducted with Chernykh with the aim to establish his direct casualties, the "Interfax" reports.
