General Prosecutor's Office discovered abuses with an official of district Department of Interior Affairs in Kuschevskaya
The Head of a unit of the Center of Counteraction to extremism of district Department of Interior Affairs in the stanitsa of Kuschevskaya, Krasnodar region, is suspected of abuse of authority, Marina Gridneva, official representative of General Prosecutor's Office, reported on November, 23.
A committee of General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation is carrying out an inspection of the activities of law enforcement bodies in Krasnodar district. According to General Prosecutor's Office, Alexander Khodich threatening one of the local residents with criminal prosecution demanded six million rubles from him. The militiaman misappropriated an "Infiniti" car belonging to the aggrieved person to a sum of one million rubles as a "payment" and was planning to appropriate an "Audi Q7" also bought by the above mentioned person later on.
Materials on this case have already been submitted to the Investigative Department of the Investigation Committee under the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation in Krasnodar region for taking a decision on starting criminal proceedings, RBC reports.
