Contest of anti-corruption social ads held in Rostov-on-Don

Young artists, designers, journalists and students of the Rostov Region have presented several dozens of works on the topic of fighting corruption within the contest of social advertisements "Clean Hands", said the spokesperson of the press service of the Committee on Youth Politics of the regional capital.

The contest started in early November; and its participants offer their works to the jury in two categories: "Social Clip" and "Social Poster". Works will be accepted till November 30. In December, the best materials will be exposed in public places of Rostov-on-Don.

The objective of the contest is to establish the anti-corruption public awareness and intolerance to corrupt behaviour among young people, the "161.ru" reports.

"Unfortunately, our society is tolerant to corruption; numerous polls are the evidence. All are against corruption, but deep in souls, people consider it to be normal. We are confident that administrative measures alone are not enough, active involvement of the society is a must," said Sergey Chuev, Chairman of the Committee on Youth Politics of the Administration of the Rostov Region, as quoted by the RIA "Novosti".
