Court of Vladikavkaz decides to arrest Yusup Dzangiev
Today, the Lenin District Court of Vladikavkaz has decided on the freedom restriction measure in relation to Yusup Dzangiev, detained in Ingushetia on suspicion of terrorist activities.
According to investigators, Dzangiev may be involved in the explosion in the marketplace in Vladikavkaz and other terror acts.
The Court has satisfied the petition of the Chief Investigation Department of the Russian ICPO (Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office) for the North-Caucasian and Southern Federal Districts (NCFD and SFD) and decided to arrest the suspect, the "Rosbalt" reports.
"According to investigators, Dzangiev was preparing another terror act in retaliation for detention of several leaders of bandit formations, now kept in one of Moscow remand centres," the ICPO's spokesman told the ITAR-TASS Agency.
Let us remind you that the "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Yusuf Dzangiev is the alleged leader of the so-called "Karabulak grouping" operating in the territory of Ingushetia; he was detained on November 17 under the information about his whereabouts, which was presented to law enforcers by local residents.
