Krasnodar Territory: deputy suspected of murdering 12 persons
One of the detainees in the case of murdering 12 persons in the village of Kuschevskaya, Krasnodar Territory - Sergey Tsepovyaz, - is a deputy of the rural settlement. This was reported today by a source from the administration of the Kuschevskiy District.
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported detention on the case of murdering 12 people of Sergey Tsapok, supposed leader of the organized criminal grouping (OCG), and Sergey Tsepovyaz, a member of the OCG. The name of the third suspect, detained this morning, was not disclosed until today.
The source from the administration said that Tsepovyaz was elected at recent elections, but he ran not for the "council of the municipal formation Kuschevskiy District." He also confirmed that the administration knows about his arrest. "We'll learn everything from federal media," he said.
Another source from the administration said that once Tsepovyaz was a deputy from the Kuschevskiy District, but he was not re-elected there. "At these elections he became a deputy of the Razdolnoe rural settlement, where the agricultural firm 'Artex-Agro' is located," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the source.
The second suspect - Sergey Tsapok - was also mentioned on the list of registered candidates for deputies of the legislative power body at No. 74, where Sergey Tsepovyaz was No. 75. According to the investigation, Tsapok was the organizer of the massacre. It is also known that he was a security at the Private Security Enterprise "Centurion-Plus", the "Lenta.ru" reports.
Earlier Tsapok was called to be the owner of the firm "Artex-Agro" and the leader of the local criminal gang. Igor Zhelyabin, head of the press service of the GUVD (Chief Interior Department) of the Krasnodar Territory, explained that the territorial militia "looked after" Tsapok's business. Mr Zhelyabin added that Tsapok had earlier brought to administrative responsibility and was figurant of criminal cases.
