Krasnodar Territory: fourth suspect of murdering 12 persons arrested

As reported by Vladimir Markin, spokesman of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation, today the court has satisfied the petition of the investigation and sanctioned arrest of the fourth suspect in the murder case of 12 persons committed in the village of Kuschevskaya, Krasnodar Territory.

"Today the court, having studied the arguments and proofs presented by investigators, has sanctioned arrest of Alexei and Evgeniy Gurov and Vyacheslav Skachedub. Right now, the same was done in relation to Igor Maidanyuk," the RIA "Novosti" quotes Mr Markin as saying.

One of the figurants in the case is 16; his advocate was present at the sitting; however, the court decided that the teenager should be arrested, the "Echo Moskvy" Radio reports.

According to Mr Markin, the investigation has already decided on the major versions of the murder; however, so far - in the interests of the investigation - they are not disclosed, the "RBC" writes.

The Investigatory Committee of Russia has reported that the case is fully solved. All the detainees are members of a criminal grouping involved in assaults related to robbery in the Rostov Region and Krasnodar Territory.
