Isa Yamadaev officially renounces his claims to persons accused of murdering his brother Sulim

Advocates of the convicts for murdering Hero of Russia Sulim Yamadaev have presented a letter to the court of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed by Isa Yamadaev, in which he renounces his claims against all those accused of attacking his brother within all the civil and criminal cases.

The document presented to the UAE court is entitled "The statement of the relatives of the deceased of forgiving the ransom and refusal from private law in a criminal case" and runs that blood relatives of Sulim Yamadaev refuse "from their right to receive monetary compensation and private civil law assuming receipt of ransom for the death of their relatives, the "Rosbalt" writes.

According to the above edition, the letter gives no particular names, but above all it is not about the persons who are serving their terms in the UAE, but about the State Duma Deputy Adam Delimkhanov, who was put by the UAE authorities on the international wanted list. Let us note here that Delimkhanov had rejected all the accusations against him.

Advocates of Makhdi Lorniya, one of the defendants, told the court that they had not time to translate the document from Russian into Arabic and certify at the Foreign Ministries of Russia and UAE and at Embassies of both countries. According to their story, they were given one month to settle all the formalities. On December 8 the court will consider the letter.
