Adygea hosts youth creativity festival, dated to Tolerance Day
The folk arts festival, dated to the Tolerance Day, is held in Adygea for the third year in a row. This time, the festival on November 10-12 has attracted dozens of students not only from Maikop, as it was before, but from districts of Adygea - representatives of various nationalities. The Tolerance Day is annually marked worldwide on November 16.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports that the festival is held under the slogan "We are different - this is our wealth. We are together - this is our strength". Its organizers are the Committee on Youth Matters of the Republic of Adygea and the Khusen Andrukhaev Adyg Pedagogical College.
"The festival programme will last for three days, during which spectators and participants will be able not only to see the national colours of the nations living in the territory of Adygea, presented by vocal and dance performances and theatricals, but try it for taste - at the cuisine festive-fair," said Makhmud Karataban, chairman of the Committee on Youth Matters of the Republic of Adygea.
