Krasnodar Territory: case of children's death in "Azov" camp sent to the court

The Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory has sent to the court the criminal case against the teachers accused of the death of six pupils during bathing this summer in the Yeysk Spit, the Office has reported.

After completion of the investigation, the criminal case was brought to the Prosecutor's Office for approval of the indictment, but was returned for further investigation because of "violations of victims' rights to access to justice." After elimination of violations, the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory approved the indictment, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

Teachers Irina Ryabova and Alexander Bagryantsev are accused of negligence, runs the statement posted on the website of the General Prosecutor's Office.
