Armenia starts considering applications of TV companies to broadcasting tender

At its sitting on November 1, the National Television and Radio Commission of Armenia considered tender packages of eight bidders-applicants for the right to broadcast: "Kaim", "Paradise", "Dar-21", "Ar", "Shark", "Tavush TV", "Armnews" and "A1".

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports that three of these companies have applied for retransmission. In particular, the "Kaim" is going to rebroadcast Russia's Channel One, the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Paradise" - the Russian TV channel "Culture", and the LLC "A1" - the CNN. No other rebroadcast applications were submitted to the tender.

The "Tavush TV" applied for the nationwide operation, while the "Dar-21", "Ar", "Shark", "Armnews" and "A1" claim for broadcasting in the capital.
