Krasnodar: hunger-striker Irina Kolesnikova hospitalized

Today in the evening Irina Kolesnikova, wife of the businessman Sergey Kolesnikov, a figurant in the resonant case of the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Promautomatika-Invest", who held her protest action in front of the territorial administration, was hospitalized. Her husband is kept at the SIZO (pre-trial prison) for more than ten months already.

Today from 7 in the morning, Ms Kolesnikova resumed her picket in front of the building. Throughout the day she stood there with posters and took some rest in the tent that she had put opposite the administration office.

She told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that during the day several provocations were organized against her; but no official ever came up to her.

During two days of her picketing Irina spent 19 hours outdoor in total, while today the air temperature in Krasnodar did not rise above plus 8 degrees Centigrade.

In the evening, at about 9:00 p.m., she lost consciousness. Her friends, who were near the venue of her protest asked a security from the administration building to call an ambulance. Currently, Irina is in hospital; no data on her diagnosis is available yet.
