Militiamen in Dagestan offset a lawyer's disadvantage for damaging her car

As a result of an achieved peace accord the personnel of law enforcement bodies in Dagestan completely offset to lawyer Jamilya Tagirova the disadvantage for having knocked out the window glasses in her car.

"According to the terms of the peace accord achieved thanks to Dagestani President's Press Secretary, the blogosphere and "Caucasian Knot", we have still attained the offset of Jamilya Tagirova's disadvantage for knocked out window glasses in her car", lawyer Rasul Kadiyev said.

According to Rasul Kadiyev, in the present case militia personnel have set a good example and if such a practice gets further development the image of law enforcement bodies of the republic will change for the better.

The staff of law enforcement agencies turned out difficult of access for comments. The details of the peace accord have not yet been reported. Kadiyev said the lawyers were grateful to Rasul Khaibullayev, Dagestani President's Press Secretary, for his intermediary mission he had assumed of his own accord in setting the conflict.
