Conflict with North-Caucasian natives burst out in military unit in Perm Territory
At the aviation base of Military Unit No. 40383, located near the "Bolshoe Savino" Airport, 120 recruits from Northern Caucasus refused to obey their commanders. In total, 500 soldiers and sergeants take their service there.
According to the unit commander Colonel Dmitri Kuznetsov, the Caucasians formed "fighting micro-groups" within the unit and started extorting and forcing their comrades-in-arms to perform all the works instead of them. According to Kuznetsov, such behaviour resulted in 14 criminal cases this year alone, the "Free Press" reports.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Perm Garrison refused to confirm the Caucasians' riot in the unit or give any details, the "Voice of Russia" reports. "The suspects in the criminal cases are Caucasians and representatives of Slavonic nations," the Prosecutor's Office has emphasized.
In the near future, a commission from the headquarters of the Pre-Volga-Urals Military District will come to the military unit to study the situation, the "FederalPress" reports.
