A cafe fired upon in the town of Baksan, Kabardino-Balkaria
Unidentified people in the town of Baksan fired upon "Tamara" cafe located in the ground floor of a domestic building. Window glasses have been knocked out but no one got injured. A source in law enforcement bodies shared this news with a reporter of "Caucasian Knot".
It should be mentioned that during the first six months of this year there have been 22 arsons of the residents' property and these have mostly been shops where alcohol drinks were on sale. This was reported by Arsen Otarov, Chief of Baksan District Department of Interior Affairs at a meeting with the residents on July, 30, this year.
According to his information, there have been 14 brigandage assaults upon the residents and 16 attempts at the personnel of law enforcement agencies during the same period, 6 militiamen perished as a result and 10 got wounded.
After Otarov's meeting with the residents two militiamen were killed in Baksan. The accident happened at night of August, 7.
