In South Ossetia, Premier Brovtsev ordered to cancel contracts with indecent contractors
Today, Prime Minister of South Ossetia Vadim Brovtsev has inspected the progress of residential construction in Tskhinvali. As a result of the inspection, the Premier asked Sarmat Kotaev, deputy chairman of the State Committee for Implementation of Reconstruction Projects, to unilaterally cancel contracts with indecent contractors.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports that in the course of his inspection, Prime Minister talked with both contractors and owners of houses and, basically, was satisfied with the progress of construction.
In the course of his tour, Mr Brovtsev was told about unfair work of certain contractors. "My house was started together with the house of my neighbour. His house is already under roof, while mine is still at the level of the first floor. Funding was opened on August 13 and since then, the 'SK Rubin' construction company, which was supposed to build my house, is idling and accusing me that I don't let them work. But they brought defective bricks! Why should I agree to build the walls from defective material? I have to live in this house," Inal Valiev, owner of No. 50 in Dzhabiev Street, told the Premier.
Vadim Brovtsev instructed Sarmat Kotaev to unilaterally cancel contracts with such indecent contractors and hire other workers to go on with the work.
