A new expertise acknowledged the defendants in the process on a series of exploding houses in Sochi sane
A repeated psychological and psychiatric expertise of the defendants in the process on a series of exploding houses in Sochi in 2008-2009 established that they were sane. The expert opinion was announced on October, 12, at the session of the court in Krasnodar.
According to the expert opinion, both defendants have been acknowledged sane. "The expertise indicated that none of the two accused suffered from mental disorders and they realized public danger of their actions. The figurants do not need compulsory treatment", "Interfax" quotes the judge's speech at the court session on October, 12.
The first expertise carried out by Krasnodar psychiatrists concerning the defendants acknowledged both of them sane. According to the investigators' opinion, a revenge of the accused men for humiliations they had once undergone, an attempt to rise their self-appraisal and assert themselves have been the motive of the crime.
