Skinheads who committed several murders in Volgograd and Moscow convicted

Today, the Moscow City Court has sentenced three skinheads to 8-21 years in prison after finding them guilty of several murders committed in Volgograd and Moscow in 2007-2009, as well as of organizing a series of explosions in public places.

According to investigators, the defendants - David Bashelutskov, Stanislav Lukhmyrin and Evgenia Zhikhareva, followers of the Neo-Pagan Worship "Native Faith", - committed three terror acts in Moscow, namely: explosion of railway tracks in the section between the stations of Biryulyovo-Passenger - Bulatnikovo of the Moscow-Kursk branch of the Moscow Railways; explosion inside the church of St Nicholas in Bulatnikovskiy Pass; and explosion at the McDonald's restaurant.

Besides, according to the ICPO, in the period from July 20, 2007, to January 16, 2009, Bashelutskov and Lukhmyrin committed ten murders and two murder attempts from ethnic hatred and enmity in Volgograd and Moscow, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
