Hearing the case on Zakaev's arrest in Poland is appointed for October, 26
On October, 26, the Appellate Court of Warsaw will be hearing the case on temporary arrest of Ahmed Zakaev who had been announced for international search by Russia, Barbara Trembska, Press secretary of the court reported.
Trembska emphasized that the documents were submitted to the court on September, 28, therefore the term of hearing the case "meets the formal procedural demands".
According to Press secretary of the Appellate Court, in connection with the judgment of the first instance court and Zakaev's being at large he may be either present or absent at the session on his appeal, IRAR-TASS reports.
"However, he will be informed about the date of the session", Trembska added.
Anjey Seremet, Procurator-General of Poland, declared on September, 24, that Warsaw Circuit had passed a wrong judgment by refusing to arrest Zakaev.
