A wounded investigator died as a result of firing in Kabardino-Balkaria
A lady investigator who got wounded during fire at a car with officers of the Criminal Investigation Department, Department of Interior affairs of Elbrus district of Kabardino-Balkaria, died, a source in law enforcement bodies of the republic reported.
"Caucasian Knot" reported that the accident happened at about 22:00 Moscow time on September, 29, in the town of Tirniauz. Some unknown people shot down the Chief of Criminal Investigation Department of Elbrus district Department of Interior affairs from self-firers. The officer died on-site from the wounding he had got.
It became known later that the lady investigator from the same department had been inside the car, too. Radio "Svoboda" reported that the militiamen's service car was fired at the moment when the officers were going back home from work in it.
