Khashagulgov's involvement in Vladikavkaz explosions is not confirmed

Participation of Issa Khashagulgov, a resident of the city of Karabulak, who was detained on September 25, in the terror act, committed on September 9 in Vladikavkaz, was not confirmed, as reported by the Security Service of the Republic of Ingushetia.

The search conducted on September 28 in the house, where Khashagulgov is registered, but does not live, also revealed nothing illegal. "So far, investigatory actions continue," said the Security Service.

Issa Khashagulgov was detained on Saturday, September 25 and is currently kept in Lefortovo (pre-trial prison in Moscow). The investigation is underway of his possible cooperation with the organization called "Imarat Kavkaz". He is also accused of illegal arms circulation.

According to Pyatimat Khashagulgova, Issa's wife, an advocate was admitted to him.

"When I learnt that my husband was alive, it was like a heavy stone away from my soul; my breath became easier. The last search was carried out correctly; they left everything in good condition. Perhaps, it is developing like this thanks to the publicity of the case in the press. The children remain still shocked, however," she said.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by Dzhambulat Odzoev, Human Rights Ombudsman in Ingushetia, that the request about rights violations during the first search at the Khashagulgovs', submitted to the prosecutor's office, is still considered.
