Two tourists from Rostov Region disappeared in Karachai-Circassia
Two residents of Novocherkassk, Rostov Region, - Albert Galimov, 61, and his wife Natalia Serdyukova, 47, - disappeared in the mountains of Karachai-Circassia, in the vicinity of Arkhyz.
According to their relatives, the couple left for their travel on August 25 from Novocherkassk; the last telephone conversation with them was on August 27. Their supposed route ran through Arkhyz, Taulu Meadow, Sofia Ridge, Orlyuonok Stream and Orlyuonok Pass.
When the tourists were not back when appointed - on September 5, their relatives applied for starting their search to the Karachai-Circassian Search-and-Rescue Detachment (SRD), the "Interfax" reports.
According to a source from the Karachai-Circassian SRD, with the help of the mobile operator, they managed to establish the azimuth of the place, from where Galimov made his last telephone call, the "Yuga.Ru" writes.
