Resident of Dagestan reports disappearance of his son
Ramazan Abdurakhmanov, 27, a resident of Aksai village, Khasavyurt District of Dagestan, has disappeared. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent learnt about it from his father Isa, who stated that nothing had been heard about Ramazan for two weeks.
Isa Abdurakhmanov told today that his son, who has been working for the last three years in Moscow as a computer specialist, recently decided to come home. On August 29, he took the bus "Moscow-Makhachkala". On arrival to the capital of Dagestan he called his mother at once and said that he would be home in a couple of hours. However, the telephone conversation was suddenly interrupted; and further attempts of his parents to call him back failed.
According to the father of the missing young man, he did not address yet to law enforcement bodies with an official application; however his relatives and friends who work in the militia help him in his searches. "They called to all the GOVDs (City Interior Divisions) and ROVDs (District Interior Divisions), but so far there is no reliable information about Ramazan's whereabouts," said Isa Abdurakhmanov.
According to his version, his son had never been registered by any militia structures as an infringer.
