In Azerbaijan, consideration of journalist Fatullaev's appeal complaint reappointed on September 7
The today's preparatory sitting for consideration of the appeal complaint lodged by journalist Einullah Fatullaev at the Baku Appeal Court under presidency of Mirashi Guseinov was postponed again.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports that the reason for postponement was in Fatullaev's request to give him some more days to get completely acquainted with protocols of the first instance court. The judge has satisfied the request and reappointed the hearing on September 7.
At today's session the journalist also said that in the colony a T-shirt was taken away from him. He was in the T-shirt at the previous court session. It has an inscription in English "Some blood for oil". Fatullaev also asked why the court refused to allow representatives of international organizations to meet him. The judge said that he had not yet got acquainted with the petitions about such meeting.
On August 26, the preparatory session was postponed under request of journalist's advocates.
