In Stavropol Territory, six persons convicted for hooliganism based on national hatred

The Stepnov District Court of the Stavropol Territory has sentenced six local residents accused of an attempt to expel a Dagestan family from the village, hooligan actions and beating people.

"Rumil Ilmukhambetov, Rinat Suleimanov, Andullatif and Marat Naumanov, Amir and Marat Tangatov were found guilty under part 2, Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism with use of subjects as weapons under the motive of national hatred)," reports the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Stavropol Territory.

The verdict of the court punished Ilmukhambetov and Suleimanov with 15 months of freedom deprivation; while Naumanov and Tangatov brothers received one year each. All of them will serve their terms in minimum security corrective colonies, the "Interfax" reports.
