Baku and Yerevan failed to find mutual understanding in Kazakhstan
Today in Almaty, Azerbaijan and Armenia again stated their mutual reproaches. Elmar Mamedyarov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, said that he doubts of Armenia's aspiration to settle the Karabakh conflict. In its turn, Armenia accused Baku of pursuing destructive policy.
"Because of the destructive position of Azerbaijan we failed to adopt the five-sided statement in the course of the unofficial meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OSCE in Almaty," said Edward Nalbandyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
At the same time, as a whole, in Mr Nalbandyan's opinion, the meeting in Almaty was fruitful, the "Interfax" reports.
"I have a personal feeling that Armenia does not want to reach any consent towards peace and stability," Mr Mamedyarov said today in Kazakhstan, where the OSCE meeting takes place.
