In Krasnodar Territory, prosecutors reveal mass violations in children's establishments
The checks made by prosecutors of the Territory after the death of schoolchildren in the "Azov" summer camp revealed violations in 220 establishments, which render health-improvement and rest services to children.
As reported by the website of the Office, special attention at checks was given to safety of children's bathing places.
Violations have been revealed of requirements to catering and medical services, non-observance of the legislation on fire safety and violations of safety rules on beaches.
Prosecutors brought 47 presentations, 171 cases on administrative offences were initiated and 13 claims were sent to the court, the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.
Meanwhile, as reported today by a well-informed source in Moscow Mayoralty, the director of the school in Moscow, where the drowned children studied, will be dismissed because of negligence.
Earlier, the official representative of the investigation reported that Ryabova, deputy director of the Moscow, and Bagryantsev, a teacher of that school, were presented charges of negligence.
