In Dagestan, seven detained protesters are still in the ROVD

Eight out of fifteen detained participants of the protest action (dispersed by the militia) with demand to clear out the fate of Ahmednabi Nazhmutdinov, a resident of Cherniayevka village, Kizlyar District, who disappeared on May 30, have been set free.

According to participants of the action, they were severely beaten by militiamen at dispersal; a local resident received a gunshot wound. The protesters stated that militiamen also wounded their colleague. Earlier, power agents had asserted that the militiaman was wounded by the protesters.

The MIA bosses assert that militiamen acted lawfully.
