Tsotne Gamsakhurdia, son of the first president of Georgia, stops his hunger strike
Today Tsotne, son of the first president of Georgia Zviad Gamsakhurdia, has stopped his hunger strike, as reported by his advocate Keti Bekauri.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 14 Tsotne Gamsakhurdia changed his dry hunger strike for the usual one.
According to Ms Bekauri, today in the morning, on the 51st day of his hunger strike, Tsotne Gamsakhurdia stopped his action and started taking food sent to him by the Patriarchy of Georgia, the "News-Georgia" reports.
"I met Tsotne on Tuesday - he's now sure that he needs energy and good health to continue his struggle against injustice," Keti Bekauri has noted.
