Today, the Perm Territorial Court has left without satisfaction the cassation presentation of the Prosecutor's Office against the court decision on the conditional early relief (CER) of Grigory Grabovoy. The pseudo-healer convicted for swindle can get at large already on May 21.

In the course of the court session, the defendant's advocate asked to release his client, for him to be able to go to the Kemerovo Region and point to the precise location of the miners remaining under ruins after explosions in the 'Raspadskaya' mine," as the "Interfax" reports.

Sergey Knyazkin, Grabovoy's advocate, also asked to initiate a criminal case against Stanislav Kolesnikov, Public Prosecutor for observance of laws at corrective establishments of the city of Berezniki, who, according to his version, had presented false data about Grabovoy.

The lawyer believes incorrect the prosecutor's assertion that "no correction of convict Grabovoy was reached." Mr Knyazkin has emphasized that while serving his term, Grabovoy positively showed himself, in particular, by actively participating in amateur performances.

The "Gazeta.Ru" reports that after today's decision of the court Grigory's wife said that first of all after his release they would like to receive higher education.
