Accused of beating a human rights activist Karastelev did not admit guilt
Vladimir Tender, accused of beating the leader of Novorossiysk human rights committee, Major Alexei Dymovsky's lawyer Vadim Karastelev, did not admit his guilt during the preliminary inquiry.
The trial will follow the usual procedure with interrogation of the victim, witnesses and the accused and with other standard procedures, a press release of "Agora" human rights association writes.
A proceeding before lay judges' court of Novorossiysk is scheduled for June 8. For the time of trial Vladimir Tender will be under recognizance, "Gazeta.Ru" reports.
